Oodle Swing dedication in Green Lake Park

On a beautiful Saturday morning in June, family and friends of Anna Conte gathered with members of the Orchard Park Rotary Club in Green Lake Park for the ribbon cutting ceremony of the "Oodle Swing".  Anna was a young handicapped girl who succumbed to her illness at the age of 9.  Anna's mother said that she would often bring her three children to the Green Lake playground but would have to leave Anna in her stroller while her brother and sister played.  The Oodle Swing is designed for children with handicaps and also allows siblings to ride along.

The Oodle Swing was purchased by the Orchard Park Rotary Club for the Green Lake playground and is dedicated in Anna's memory.
